Testlink Series – Practical Testing Solutions for Power Distribution
01/10/2026
When it comes to electrical testing, clarity and confidence are important. The Testlink Series from KES provides a straightforward way to check connections and verify power distribution equipment across a wide range of applications, from event power and entertainment to industrial and site based systems.
The range has continued to grow and now includes CEE, Powerlock and Socapex test solutions, along with dedicated 63A and 125A testers and a single-phase EV charging tester.
Designed with real-world use in mind, Testlink gives engineers and technicians a practical way to carry out checks using their existing test equipment.
Built for Real-World Testing
The Testlink range is designed to make electrical testing quicker and easier by providing clearly identified test points, sockets or indicators, depending on the product.
This makes the range suitable for a variety of applications, including:
- Event power distribution and maintenance
- Workshop testing and refurbishment
- On-site verification
- Industrial power distribution
- Entertainment, lighting and production systems
- EV charging equipment testing
By making the relevant connections readily accessible, Testlink helps users identify potential wiring or connection issues as part of their normal testing process.
A Growing Range of Testing Solutions
The Testlink Series covers a range of connector types and applications, giving customers the flexibility to select the tester that suits the equipment they are working with.
CEE Test Plugs
Available from 16A to 125A, with 230V and 400V options, the CEE Test Plugs provide clearly identified test points for checking connections.
Options are also available for 110V 2P+E applications, making the range suitable for site-based testing as well as standard industrial and event power systems.
Powerlock Test Plugs
The Powerlock Test Plugs provide a dedicated test point for each conductor, with the units colour-coded for L1, L2, L3, N and E.
They provide a practical testing solution for high-current applications, including generator and event power connections.
Socapex Test Plug
The 19-pin Socapex Test Plug is designed for lighting and entertainment applications and incorporates test points along with a 6-way double-pole switch.
It provides a practical way to test Socapex connections used across stage, film, broadcast and production environments.
63A and 125A Testers
The Testlink range now also includes dedicated 63A and 125A testers, incorporating an indicating tester connected via short lengths of cable.
These provide a simple visual indication as part of the testing process, giving users an additional tool when checking higher-current connections and distribution equipment.
Single-Phase EV Charging Tester
As EV charging becomes an increasingly common part of electrical installations and temporary power applications, the Testlink range has also been expanded to include a single-phase car charging tester.
Designed specifically for single-phase EV charging applications, it provides a dedicated testing solution for checking charging connections and equipment.
Built to Withstand the Working Environment
Testlink products are designed for use in workshops, on site and within demanding working environments.
The range uses PETG-CF, a carbon-fibre reinforced material, for its housings, providing a strong and durable construction while keeping the products practical to handle and transport.
Available as Individual Testers or Complete Kits
Testlink products can be supplied individually, allowing customers to select the testers they need for specific applications.
For users who regularly work with different types of power distribution, complete kits are also available in protective cases, making them easier to transport, store and keep together when working on site.
One Range, More Ways to Test
With the addition of the new 63A and 125A testers and the single-phase EV charging tester, the Testlink Series continues to develop into a wider testing solution for power distribution.
From everyday CEE connections through to Powerlock, Socapex, higher-current distribution and EV charging, the range is designed around a simple principle: make testing straightforward, clear and practical.
