You'll Have...

Ability to read and accurately interpret electrical circuit diagrams, schematics and general arrangements drawings when required.
Efficient at working to tight timescales whilst meeting customer requirements.
Can work as part of a growing team or when necessary, on their own without supervision.
Good knowledge of electrical systems and equipment – both single and the three phase.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in sales/customer service.

The position is 08:00-16:30, Monday to Friday with no evening, weekend, or bank holiday working!!

Initial duties will include –

Assist with obtaining estimates and quotes for material and parts.
Collaborate with others to establish timelines and budgets, as well as solve problems.
Liaising with customers on the trade counter, over the phone and e-mail.
Providing detailed quotations to customers.
Keep up to date on industry and engineering standards.
Providing aftersales technical support to customers.
